The Elite boxes are CNC Machined and detailed using 3/4 13 ply Cabinet Grade Baltic Birch Plywood. Each side has a handle, the sizes are decoratively cut on two of the sides, and the remaining 2 can be customized with a signature or a logo (Signature are FREE on all Elite Boxes). We preassemble the boxes in house using a pocket screw technique (No visible screws!) and biscuits and glue add additional strength.3 coats of sanding sealer and 3 coats of clear lacquer is applied and is thoroughly sanded between each coat, giving the box a 'Near furniture Finish' Topped off with a piece of 3/8 Inch rubber.
